Start with the local diagnostics below. If you are still blocked, send the smallest safe reproduction and we will help you get to a verified receipt.
Install and setup
Follow the install or upgrade instructions, then run codetruss setup from the root of your Git repository.
If an automatic hook is not firing, run codetruss hooks doctor. The quickstart explains the first review and the expected verdict.
Product help
Search or open a public report in the CLI issue tracker. You can also inspect releases and documentation in the CLI repository.
For CLI or hosted-product support, email zack@codetruss.com. Include your CodeTruss version, operating system, command, and sanitized error output. Do not send source code, credentials, provider keys, signing keys, or an unredacted diff.
Security reports stay private
Do not open a public issue for a suspected vulnerability.
